The FSIS of the Department of Agriculture has been petitoned (by Hormel) to revise the defiition of natural as it applies to food. I believe the current definition is from 2005 and is very general, and seems to be to have some loopholes.

You have until January 11, 2007 to comment on the proposal if you are interested.
