Yes, I was beginning to wonder when you were making a new podcast and began to listen to some older podcasts for the second time, haha. I’m glad you had the time to make another one, because it’s fun to hear about you’re way of cooking in the USA. I’m from the Netherlands, and we try to eat and drink organic, too.
