Hi Beal, @HeatherHAL here, listening to your most recent podcast about your listener with a visual disability. You might want to refer to him to @vavroom Nic, a disabled chef in New Zealand. His blog includes information about accomodating disabilities and accessibility and is a super nice guy, funny too. I think you did a fantastic job with your suggestions!
