Head out to “Podchef” island for a workshop on rearing and butchering pigs. Learn about naturally raised, pastured pork, butchering a hog, and making bacon and sausages. The cost is $75 for the day, including ferry fare, a lunch of porky delights and all materials. Accommodation available for those needing to spend a night on the island. Limit 8 participants.
