A few weeks ago I was contacted by a reporter who wanted to do an interview about my food videos. Being a self-promoting SOB (sweet old bear) I agreed. So while driving around on the Mainland I chatted with the fellow about podcasting, The Gastrocast and why I think food videos made by "amatuers" are so popular.
So here then is my little, very little, contribution to the Food Vlog cause. My best work seems to have been left in the Word trash can, but who can blame the reporter when he has The Crash Test Kitchen gang to interview.
First a spot on a Lifestyle Show, now an interview, I think I may need an agent. . . .The gloves are down, I’ve got to find away to make Gastrocast TV a reality.
