The Great Corned Beef Experiment begins. This week’s Gastrocast is all about Corned Beef–or the making of it. We also make Sauerbraten–a similar preserved meat dish from Germany. It’s all Celtic on this show. Both these dishes are answers to historical storage and preservation problems.
