I went on a bit of a rant on this one. Don’t let it put you off listening to the cooking part–it’s a humble, but good pumpkin stew.

I am working hard to correct a White Balance issue in the photos. There was no natural light for photos on this one, and my indoor lighting situation is woefully inadequate for the task–either that, or I way had the camera miss set. So hold on, the photos are coming. But I thought I would get the show out.
