So, I’ve had Skype up and running for a few weeks. Nothing. This moring I am plauged with Chinese visitors. Not knowing who they were by their call-names I assumed they were adoring fans of the Podchef ;-}

Instead I have been the target of a peoples systematic attempt to hone thier vocabulary. Worse yet I am trying to edit the next Gastrocast. I’ve tried to turn the discussion around to typical favorite, traditional Chinese dishes but beyond saying how prowd they are about their regional cuisine I am making no inroads. How do you politely shake off Chinese Skypers practicing their English without causing an international incidient? Ah, the wonders of technology. I suppose I should be recording the whole thing, but I wasn’t prepared for it. Ah. . . .
