What am I waiting for. . . .

It is already Wednesday and I haven’t begun to work on this weeks podcast. Oh, I know I put out a Soundseeing Tour, but that was by way of a bonus. Speaking of bonus’ I just bought a copy of a cookbook I already owned.  I want to give it away in a contest later on–just have to think of the right sort of contest or event to warrant me parting with a second copy of so cool a book. . . .

I’ve been fighting my feed issue so much this week I’ve thought of little else podcast wise.  I just want things to go back to working the way they were. Still trying to get help on the technical end. Thank God Lloyd Davis recommended Liberated Syndication too me early on. They have made it really easy to keep my podcast going and well served. Their  blog has also allowed me to have a back up and serve it with another feedburner feed

I am still churning away over what to make for this week’s podcast. I froze the halibut I bought at Costco on the Soundseeing Tour and may use it in a dish.  I am hoping my new camera will arrive soon so I can keep up with the photos.  Meanwhile I have been using my spare time to read up on cooking techniques and watch a lot of the Foodnetwork.  I am experiencing a bit of ennui because my last shows haven’t been as good as they should have been and there are other shows and the Foodnetwork which are making so much a better job of presenting material than I have been.  I am also not happy with the length of Show #3. Too long by far. How many fast-forwarded, fell asleep, or just plain tuned out?

In the interim while I wait for my camera and think of ways of improving the show (might I add–you’re feed back at podchef AT gmail DOT com would be invaluable in helping me steer this course)  I have been catching up on other podcasts.  Lloyd had a great interview which came across yesterday. Well worth a listen, and though simple–very good production value.  I only hope my upcoming interviews are as clear and easy to listen to.
