Fantastic – if a little on the risky side given how litigious Apple seems to be these days – I don’t know how much we all need disclaimers to point out that our use of the word ‘pod’ is not intended to imply any business association with the iPod or endorsement by Apple. Then again, perhaps I’ve been listening to scary lawyers too much. I like it a lot.

I think the pod in this case could be claimed to mean the pea-pod. . .given the pea, green nature of the pic. Besides, if a positive image of their users helps promote the product then they should be paying us via an associates link to help sell their gear :-}
